Fortune Cookies

This is Johg Yueh Hwang, owner of Evergreen Chinese (Taiwanese) Restaurant on Nicollet just south of McDonald's at 24th.  I love their fried tofu, and the tied seaweed was enjoyed by an adventuresome friend of mine.
