The eloquent mast and cables from which the Martin Sabo Bridge is suspended over Hiawatha Ave. are silhouetted against the roiling storm which later produced golf-ball sized hail.

I saw that sky and thught "That would make a great photo", and you've proved me right.
Thanks--that was shortly before the tornado siren went off--I had walked to the highest point on the bridge, then it blasted in my ear and I scrambled to reach my car. Jo Ann
