Koko, Squash and Kandinsky

There's nothing like playing with your cat, and enjoying the warmth of inside, along with beautiful, bright-colored squash and a Kandinsky painting when it's gray and snowy outside.

I've not been keeping up with my weekly pix because this cat is holding me prisoner in nearby CARAG neighborhood.
Luckily I am kept well supplied with reading materials.

Predator, Prey

 

I see lots of feral cats, like this wild child, on the Greenway. I imagine the pickings are pretty good, this ex-sparrow among them.

According to a 2007 article, "With shorter and warmer winters becoming more common in the north, Minnesota is seeing a growing problem with feral felines, whose numbers are exploding all over the state."
